Singles Night... Friday Night
We are offering to singles, a night to get out of the house for a couple of hours. Enjoy a release some of the stressors caused by life.
For a half an hour, from 6:00 to 6:30pm, come in for an exercise class in the aerobic room. We will offer a hospaush of different classes from kick boxing to weight training class.
Oh, yes! There is no need to worry about your little ones. You may leave them in the play room and Courtney will take excellent care of them. So for the next 3 hours relax and enjoy yourself.
Start with a half hour of exercise to freshen up and then you are invited to join us upstairs in the café for entertainment, socializing & fun at "It's Friday Night Live at the Café"... Bring your friends along because this is one offer you can't beat!
